Had to reorder product after first item was shipped to some unknown place. My address was correct as I received the first item I ordered. I reordered and it was again sent somewhere I don't know of. I have tried two times and received nothing. Will try a third time.

It is what it is...
I thing It could use a better area of contact with the board though.
Maybe a hardened rubber with slip resistant qualities...
Im always worried about going up stairs with a board and find myself exerting lots of force to prevent that...

This thing made it possible for me to carry a 12x8x1/2 drywall sheet by myself. I won't say it wasn't heavy, but it took away the awkward factor and made it just like lifting a heavy suitcase.
