Looking for a replacement for Altoids sour candies which seem to discontinue, i bought these La Vie candies to see if they are as good. I bought Orange and Lemon flavors. Either of them are that good. They just don't have the kicks like Altoids sours; however, these don't give the irritation like the Altoids did. Not bad candies but nothing great either. I would never buy these again.

A great mixture of sweet and sour. These are not sour-balls, but rather a lemon-flavored hard candy that starts out sweet, and finishes slightly sour with a continuing hint of sweet. I love the way the taste changes a bit from beginning to end, leaving you ready to try another!
